Roger is an MIT-trained engineer, industrial designer and former video games executive - turned full-time craftsman. The Walkovitz family hails from a long line of Eastern European craftsmen, and after sharpening as a side business for many years, he has finally answered the call to offer his skills as a full-time toolmaker & cutlery expert.

Roger also does major architectural commissions as an artisan designer, furniture maker, and black / copper-smith. He is extremely active teaching martial arts and meditation around Austin, and has trained for many decades under several traditional teachers.
